Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

1. Service Description

AI Council is a software-as-a-service platform that allows users to submit queries to multiple artificial intelligence models simultaneously and receive advisory perspectives. The service aggregates responses from various AI providers to help users gather diverse viewpoints on their questions.

2. Account Terms

You must create an account to use AI Council. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your password and any associated authentication methods. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

AI Council reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

3. Credits and Billing

AI Council operates on a pay-per-use credit system. One credit is one US dollar. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when a council session completes, not when it starts. The number of credits charged per session varies with the tier selected, the length of the query and the responses, and is calculated from the underlying model usage plus a service fee.

Because a session is charged on completion, a session that fails or that you stop part-way through is still charged for the model usage it incurred up to that point. Every charge is itemised in your account history.

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account. AI Council reserves the right to modify credit pricing at any time, but changes will not affect credits already purchased.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AI Council to:
